We have recently updated our pricing structure to better accommodate groups of different sizes in two different categories: Photo/Video/Content Creation and Events.

Please check the calendar below to see if your desired time and date is available. Any red text denotes a confirmed booking.

Please include your anticipated set-up and tear-down time when selecting your desired booking duration.

We'll confirm your booking via email or phone as quickly as possible. A 50% deposit is required secure your booking once confirmed, and we may ask for a $250 security deposit for first time renters.

PHOTO / VIDEO / CONTENT CREATION

Photography/Videography - 1-5 people


2 Hours (Minimum) - $200


3 Hours - $275


Half Day (up to 5 hours) - $385


Full Day (up to 10 hours) - $545


Photography / Videography - 6-12 people

While we don't book 'parties', we do welcome gatherings such as Meetings, Client Appreciation Events, Seminars, Workshops, Networking, Team Building, etc.


Our maximum capacity is 60, and we are happy to arrange catering and any required rentals such as tables, chairs, dishware, glasses, and AV equipment if needed.

$675 (6 hours)


$150 for early drop off or next day pick up


$150 cleaning fee (as necessary)
