First of all, a huge thank you for making our first official year (and a bit) such a success! We've learned a lot over the past several months and will be updating our pricing structure as of April 1st, 2024 to reflect the different use cases we've encountered.

Not to worry, it's nothing too drastic, but we have realized we need to have a slightly more tiered approach to accommodate those different use cases (photo vs. video vs. event) and ensure we can keep offering up our amazing space to the creative community for years to come.

For the time being, pricing is still:

Minimum (3 hours) - $225

Half Day (up to 5 hours) - $300

Full Day (up to 10 hours) - $450

Please check the calendar below to see if your desired date is available. If there isn't a red note on that day, then that day is open.

We'll confirm your booking via email or phone as quickly as possible. A 50% deposit is required secure your booking once confirmed.

Basics such as booms, c-stands, sand bags, etc. are included in the rental price. Strobe and continuous lighting is available for an additional fee, Let us know if you need to rent any additional specialty equipment and we can help make arrangements.

Ask about our student discount - proof of enrollment required.
